However, if you wish not to wait in a queue, please create a ticket via this Customer portal and we will respond as soon as possible.
Prior contacting our customer support, please verify the correct settings of your devices or whether the malfunction can be caused by incorrect handling.
In order to communicate with the support staff, you need to repare needed identification data of the services provided like full name of the entity with which the contract was concluded, the username, password for communication and the location address of the connection. All this necessary details can be found in the contract and the enclosed customer card.
